I've always had a special spot in my heart for men of color. Lucky me! I'm loyal, funny, romantic, and articulate. I like to laugh a lot. A bit of a goofball sometimes. Enjoy others who don't take themselves too seriously. Just a regular, nice guy here. What you see is what you get. I've had two wonderful long-term relationships in my life. Met some amazing men since then. Navigating the dating scene as best as I can.
I came to sports and being athletic late in life, but I'm doing my best to make up for lost time! I play winter and summer volleyball. Work hard at the gym. Have done a little boxing and some martial arts. Ran my first marathon October 2006. Completed three marathons in 2008, including the Marine Corp Marathon in Oct in DC. Hips and quads can't handle the stress of full marathons anymore, so have reduced running to halfs and smaller runs.
If you can stimulate my mind, make me laugh, and be genuine and caring, then you may have a shot. For me, nothing is sexier than a good-looking and confident man who is humble about his attributes. If and when I do find the man who takes my breath away and loves me without limits, I will give my heart willingly.
