Jeg beskriver mig selv som Hey I’m Joe. I am an individual who very much enjoys creative output (in many ways), art, museums, great buildings. I love Manhattan and Washington DC, San Fran, and others, for many and varied reasons; I also just love Paris and Versailles. I intend to return to both hopefully with a special man who also appreciates what these great French cities have to offer, perhaps even traveling to Monet’s home/garden at Givernet.

Once committed to a guy, I'm his and his alone, I'm sincere, unique, satisfying, honest, and caring, one of those true "nice guys" one finds occasionally. Also, I look, feel, and act at least 10 years younger than my age, and don't take me onto the dance floor playing 70's-80's music as I'll take my shoes off and "dance the night away," just another form of creative free-form bodily expression I really enjoy, no, I love it.

My grandfather immigrated to the USA from Italy in 1906 from Naples, I’m 25% Italian, 70% Irish, 5% British (that’s from where the last name comes), which is probably why I enjoy cooking what I call my Mediterranean cuisine (I love the food from any country around the Mediterranean Sea, and can cook it quite well, if you enjoy it that is.

I also love to listen to classical music, Gregorian chants (yes I was raised Catholic), and our music from the 60’s and 70’s, when we rocked the whole world. I have a very open mind, am quite well educated, and am open to differing viewpoints. So, frankly, I’m quite the conversationalist with the right company. Min forestilling om hvad der er sjovt er A nice walk about town with my man, slightly bumping into each other every block or so, smiling more broadly each time, finding one of our nice non-chain restaurants; saying hello to the staff, reviewing the menu, talking it over, agreeing on a white wine meal, order a cold bottle of a complementary white wine, and our appetizers. Asking the wait service to hold off on putting our order into the kitchen, as we do not want to be rushed. We talk about our days' the good, the bad, and the ugly, laugh a lot, smile at each other, I slip my foot slowly under the table to touch the side of his shoe, he slightly smiles as do I. We finish our pre-meal glass of wine and ask our order be placed, then chat a little more, while refreshing our wine glasses with the meal's first wine. The waitstaff brings our meals, they both look great, I check mine for correct cooking time, and say, "great, let's eat." He agrees, and we begin to slowly eat our meal and drink our wine, then when the meals are finished we ask for any pay our check, and slowly take a longer walk back home (to settle our stomachs). When we get home we do the same love-making routine as if we ate at home, and blissfully fall asleep in each other's arms, after setting our alarm clocks for the next morning and turning off the lights.
