What Do You Look For? What I look for in a person is how they observe in the world. How they assess others, and treat others. I look for the way actions are delivered in a stressful moment. I watch for the oddity of kindness, and how it is pronounced when individuals are striving to get through another dreary day. I embrace the moments when that person made a difference on how they dealt with a situation as opposed to showing hostility, which is the easier route and more thought conscience of sputtering words. Lastly, how the delivery in an individuals voice who is given a task for the ones that haven't a clue of ignorance exuding through their body, and not aware of faults. Leaving self-centerness and simplifying lifes terms and goals so everyone can be placed on the same plane, when it all evolves the ones standing can have pride knowing that what they have accomplished what appears to be growth, and are hopefully achieving, learning, and helping those less fortunate.
